The conversion of the sand-lime brickworks to a cultural structure in 2011 created a striking ensemble of buildings giving an industrially flavoured framework to concerts, congresses and conferences. The heart of the building is the large hall spread over three levels. The foyer, 90 m in length, and the former hardening chambers that now serve as visitor cloakrooms, are particularly impressive.
