With the car train (in german) to Sylt: From Niebüll you can reach the island of Sylt in only 35 minutes – quickly and comfortably with the DB car train SyltShuttle. Simply park to Sylt and back. Another way of arriving is the Sylt ferry. The ferry shuttles throughout the year up to 18 times a day between the mainland and the island of Sylt. You can book a parking space for your vehicle in advance.
You can reach the other North Frisian islands and Halligen, as well as the island of Heligoland, quite comfortably by ferry. The Baltic Sea island of Fehmarn can be reached by car via the Fehmarnsund Bridge.
