When the yearly peak season is over at the end of September, Michelin stars light up the north German firmament and ring in Schleswig-Holstein’s Gourmet Festival. Michelin-starred chefs come to Schleswig-Holstein up until February to rustle up culinary delights with their North German colleagues – a delight for the roughly 3,000 guests at the participating establishments.
Regional specialities
North German delicacies such as seafood, fish, lowland lamb, dairy products and fruit are elegantly served by top international chefs.
Each year foodies from all over Germany come to enjoy the finest products from Schleswig-Holstein. Spoil yourself during the winter months with delicacies in our exclusive restaurants and hotels.

The next Schleswig-Holstein Gourmet Festival takes place from September 28th 2009 until March 1st 2010.
The price amounts to 128,00 € per Person including a menu and beverages.
