Trail 2 - Kiel »
In Kiel the proximity of the sea offers a tempting invitation to the visitor to stroll in the city’s parks high above the water and to enjoy the wonderful views of the glistening blue fjord below. As early as the 18th century walkers, shaded by a parasol, would take a leisurely stroll through the Düsternbrooker Gehölz (Düsternbrook Wood) and the Forstbaumschule (Forest Tree Nursery).
